LowSea Leasing Node update (15th of January 2022)
Busy times, but mostly building; that seems to be the situation right now for LTO. Let’s dive into the short and dirty details.
To start off with a bang: LTO Network just turned three! Our infant is now entering the stage of toddler. Mainnet was launched on the 15th of 2019. Since than more then 1.6M blocks have been added to the chain, more than 100M LTO tokens burned and already two white/litepapers launched and completed, with a third (NFTs/Ownables) being worked on. Be it bull or bear, LTO Network keeps building and bringing value to the space.
To celebrate, LTO launched a hoodie giveaway. For those present since the beginning you might remember the previous failed attempts on hoodies, so let’s see if this time we’ll see a delivery.
There’s also a MEME competition going on and there’s some mighty funny ones in there.
We’ve seen some valued community members bring nice overview exposures on platforms like twitter. Which are worth a read and your effort to spread the message.
On the tech side, COBALT is getting a follow-up release with COBALT Alloy. This update is now on testnet and will bring some bugfixes as well as restore a previous disabled transaction type (Data Transaction) and a new transaction type (Register Transaction) to mainnet that are needed for integrator’s DID processes.
Triall is working on their final preps according to their update. It would be great if we see a launch before the end of this month 🤔, but we also know these things can take a long time (still waiting on you DUSK…) and the LTO team doesn’t have much control over things like this, so let’s hope for the best. 🤞
