Bitcoin is doing all kinds of strange things this month. Are we continuing the bull run? Or are we going to go bear in December?! So many people, so many opinions. LTO saw a nice run up, but has not been able to break it’s pattern yet, as a result the price slipped down again, but now with 30 cents as a bottom and not a ceiling. There’s also word on the net that whales are buying LTO… which could be interesting.

Progress continues independent of price movement though, so this is what happened in the last two weeks.

The F2 sponsorship with Ralph Boschung delivered on some excellent image material of our slick new logo on the front wings of the car. The sponsorship is doing Ralph well as he managed to reach third place for the first time in his career, not once but twice already!

And, of course, the project behind it with NFTs will be interesting to see come alive, but I suspect that will not happen for a bit.

I had hoped the NFT Litepaper would be out by now, but it looks like this will be next week. But LTO is already looking for partner platforms, talking to marketplaces, as well as people in and outside of crypto to build the relationships for future NFT projects. Shawn (LTO’s CMO) is a beast is setting up these connections and is currently creating a fertile hunting ground for things to come.

This month Arnold and the dev team are focused on finishing up some things with COBALT (codename COBALT Alloy):

  • Return of the Data transaction
  • Register transaction
  • Storing the effective sponsor of a transaction
  • Improvements for association transactions

Once that is done the focus shifts to NFTs and the UN’s Goland, because… we also saw sign of live for the United Nations GoLand Software! Word in the channel is that LTO Network is now more actively taking the lead in that project, cleaning up code and making the final adjustments before putting it open source. I personally know there’s another country interested in implementing this solution, even though we’re still waiting for the first one to actively start using it. 🤔😅 But before you know it, the number of interested parties will be hard to count on one hand. 👀😉

Meanwhile, Rick was attending Proof of Fusion this weekend. 😎

Check out their website: Proof of Fusion - Where ‘CRYPTO & NFTS MEETS SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT’

This is precisely where I would like to see the ‘CEO of a company making the next generation of NFTs’ network. 🧐😏

More good news comes in the shape of another developer joining the team.

I’m heavily in favor of such expansions because I know how busy the team is and I want them to do more, but I also don’t want them to burn out. More dev power is always welcome! 🥳

One of the more active building exchange/swap platforms, StealthEx, held an AMA with LTO. You can read the recap here: https://stealthex.io/blog/2021/12/10/lto-network-coin-stealthex-ama-recap-all-you-need-to-know/

And as a closer for this week’s news: LTO Network won the Dutch Blockchain 2021 Award for Enterprise Solution!

This is a great achievement for LTO Network to have to their name and will surely open additional doors again within the business world going forward.

That’s it! See you next time and may the growth continue!
